HOW WE DO

At Loop, we focus on high-quality outdoor wear and select athletic brands. To ensure the best selection for our community, please review our selling guidelines before bringing in your items.


What We Accept
• Outdoor gear and apparel
• Select athletic brands
• High-quality second-hand clothing


What We Don’t Accept
• Fast fashion brands
• Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or smoke residue
• Damaged or heavily worn clothing

1. BRING YOUR ITEMS

  • All items must be clean, stain-free, pet hair-free, and smoke-free.
  • You must provide a valid ID to sell your items.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Drop-offs will be processed within 1 business day, and we will contact you with an offer.
  • If you make an appointment, the process will take 1 to 2 hours, depending on how busy we are.

3. PAYMENT OPTION

  • We offer 40% of the resale price in cash (Venmo or Zelle).
  • If you choose store credit, you get 50% of the resale price.

4. UNACCEPTED ITEMS

  • Items we do not accept must be picked up within 3 business days after we notify you.
  • If not picked up, they will be donated to a local thrift shop.
