Return Policy:

  1. Timeline for Returns: Items must be postmarked for return within 5 business days of the date they were received by the customer.
  2. Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless an error occurred with the order, in which case Loop Thrift Shop will cover the return shipping expenses.
  3. In-Store Returns (Local Customers): Local customers have the option to return items at any Loop Thrift Shop location within the specified return timeline.
  4. Communication for Queries: Customers are encouraged to contact us via email for any inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding their returns. Our team will promptly assist with any issues or clarification needed.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  2. Returns must include the original packaging and any accessories or parts that were included with the item.
  3. Loop Thrift Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or do not comply with the specified return timeline.
