Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Available options may include:
•  Standard Shipping
•  Expedited Shipping (when available)
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and other major carriers.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped and are as follows:
•  Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
•  Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at our store location(s). If this option is available for your order, it will appear at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available on a limited basis. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
